RANT!
I put out our yard waste for pick up. I put it in 2 separate garbage type containers. I didn;t have any brown bags so I used the garbage bins, as I have in the past many times. They took one of them but not the other. Am I mad at the guys who didn;t take the 2nd bin? No. I am pissed at all of the dog owners who tossed their stopped and scooped dog crap on top of our yard waste, making it look like garbage instead. This always happens and I hate it. Some people just plain suck.
