I haven't been updating this blog much, as you may or may not have noticed. It has been pretty crazy around our house and home lately some of which I have covered on my Running Blog - Like I need 2 blogs right? I am planning to amalgamate them back to one...one of these days, and Daddyo.ca will be the home of Daddyo Web Solutions, my freelance business.Sarah runs here Ontario Track Finals this week. We are pretty excited about that. Last week she kicked butt in the City Finals. She kicked her own butt actually besting her previous times by 6 and 10 seconds! 4:53 for the 1500 and 10:43 for the 3000m. She is seeded 10th in the 1500 for OFFSA (Ontario Finals) and 6th on the 3000. Now we know there will be some tough competition there but the way Sarah has progressed this year, i would not be surprised if she finishes a lot higher in both events. Either way, we are stinking proud of her for getting this far.
